Missing Check is an aggregator of publicly-available information about class-action settlements. We do not provide legal advice, do not file claims on behalf of users, do not handle settlement funds, and do not guarantee that any user is eligible for any settlement.

Eligibility for a settlement is determined solely by the official settlement administrator. Always verify eligibility and filing details directly with the administrator's official site (linked from every settlement page).

By using this site you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes; commercial bulk access is available via our paid API tiers.

Email sub-processors

For settlement alerts we use AWS Simple Email Service (SES) as the SMTP relay. Listmonk (self-hosted by us) handles list management. Subject to the AWS data processing addendum and our retention policies described in the privacy notice.
