Subscriber email addresses (when collected in a future phase) are used only to send the settlement updates the user opted into and are stored with our self-hosted email service. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

Email subscriptions

If you subscribe to settlement alerts, we store:

• Your email address.
• Your stated interests (categories, states, parent companies — all optional).
• Audit metadata: timestamp, source page, IP address (used only for rate limiting and abuse triage; retained 30 days).

We use Listmonk (self-hosted, on the same infrastructure as missingcheck.com) and AWS SES as our delivery sub-processor. We do not share your email with anyone else. Unsubscribe with one click from any email.
