  2. To exclude yourself from this lawsuit and/or preserve your right to bring a separate case, you must make a request to be excluded in writing and, with sufficient postage, mail the request. (Deadline: May 15, 2026)
  3. Submit your Claim Form by July 15, 2026 to receive payment from the Settlement.
  4. To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by May 15, 2026.
