- To opt out, you must submit a written request to the Claims Administrator. (Deadline: June 18, 2026)
- To object to the Settlement, you must not opt out of the Settlement, and if the Court approves the Settlement, you will be bound by the terms of the Settlement in the same way as Settlement Class Members who do not object. (Deadline: June 18, 2026)
- Submit your Claim Form by June 18, 2026 to receive payment from the Settlement.
- To object to the Settlement, submit a written objection to the Court (with copies to Class Counsel and Defendants' Counsel) postmarked by July 30, 2026.
