- You must file or mail your written objection to the Court no later than [date]. (Deadline: May 29, 2026)
- Settlement Class Members must submit a Valid Claim, including documentation supporting their claims, to the Settlement Administrator. (Deadline: June 29, 2026)
- Settlement Class Members must also have made reasonable efforts to avoid, or seek reimbursement for, such Documented Extraordinary Losses, including but not limited to exhaustion of all available credit monitoring insurance and identity theft insurance.
- Settlement Class Members with Documented Extraordinary Losses must submit substantial and plausible documentation supporting their claims.
